Shipping policy

RoadRevive Garage currently ships only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods or when supplier inventory is delayed. Delivery time depends on product origin, destination, carrier, and conditions outside our control. China-sourced Zendrop orders commonly require approximately 10–15 business days in transit after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. Tracking may take up to three business days to begin updating after a label is created.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@roadrevivegarage.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing an item, or appears lost, contact support@roadrevivegarage.com promptly with the order number and relevant photos, video, packaging, shipping-label, or carrier evidence.
